Falk wasn’t an overnight success as he walked on as a quarterback at Washington State University, but through consistently applying and working on these Mind Strength skills, he eventually experienced breakthrough after breakthrough on the field. Falk has walked the walk with his Mind Strength journey and experienced firsthand the benefits. It wasn’t always this way… as a high school athlete, Falk believed people were either “born confident,” or they weren’t, and he felt he drew the short end of the stick. That was until he started working with Dr. Craig Manning, a sports performance coach, and reading/listening to Wayne Dyer's work, which opened his eyes to the power of the Mind and the limitless potential it held if Falk worked on it.

Then magic happened… Falk Earned a scholarship in his second year and eventually became the Pac-12’s all-time leading Passer in Yards (14,486), Passing Touchdowns (119), & Total Offense (14,086). Falk earned the Burlsworth Award - Awarded to College Football’s Most Outstanding Walk-On (2017) and eventually got drafted in the NFL in the 6th round at pick no—199 to the Tennessee Titans.

After Falk’s playing career, he was in the football coaching world privately and then transitioned to the collegiate game. Falk is now a Mind Strength & High-Performance coach for athletes & coaches who are looking to unlock their full potential and gain the winning edge in their sport/life. Falk provides excellent insight from having been on 3 sides of the athletics world: player, private coach, and team coach. The biggest differentiator, though, is the material Falk has created, which he utilized and benefited from himself and still uses daily. Falk has R.L.E. (Real Life Experience), which is greater than any degree or title one could have.
